When you're searching for freelancers or agencies, your primary focus should be on finding the right fit for your company and your project. To register an agency, you need to login as a freelancer.
Then go to settings, and down the page, click on the Create Agency Account button.

In the Description of your profile section, you are given an option to add a website link to your agency profile. In that field, you can put a link to any website you want. But make sure that the website you share- represents your agency profile clearly!
To add portfolio to your agency account, go to Agency Profile. From there, click on the Portfolio button, and the click on the Add Portfolio button. Provide the following information:
In an exclusive agency agreement, the contracter gets attached to an agency for a certain amount of time, and can not leave the agency before that time.
While in a non-exclusive agreement, the contracter is attached to the agency for an uncertain amount of time, and is not bound to stay in the agency.
